Because animal welfare and humane treatment of all animals is of utmost importance to us, our Down Comforters are certified by IDFL (International Down & Feather Lab). IDFL conducts a comprehensive audit of all our suppliers to verify that our Down Comforters are in accordance with the IDFL Down Standard for animal welfare and traceability. This global animal ethics standard certifies that our Down Comforter and duvet sources respect, and are in compliance with, the Five Freedoms of Animal Welfare:

1. All animas have access to fresh water and food to maintain full health and vigor.
2. All animals are given an appropriate environment, including shelter and a comfortable resting area.
3. Animals are kept free from pain, injury, and disease, with regular veterinary care and treatment.
4. Animals are free to express normal behavior and are provided sufficient space, proper facilities and the company of other ducks.
5. Animals are kept safe and free from fear and distress via proper handling, growing conditions and treatment to prevent suffering.

In addition, our down comforters are certified to assure: NO live plucking, NO force feeding and that our Down Comforters are only sourced as a by-product from the food industry.

Returns:

We want you to be happy (and warm and toasty and dreamy), so if something's wrong, we'll do our best to make it right. Standard in-stock comforters can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as it is unused and unwashed.
