I have ordered a few of these blankets for family and have always been happy with the quality and service. This time when reviewing the personalization, I realized a line was left out. I tried to correct it immediately but was unable to make the change and the status implied the order was already being processed and couldn't be changed. I sent emails and left a voice message. I got a very quick reply and was able to get the correction made in time. I am even more pleased with the great customer service!
