Hi I love your product. I am a good customer. I do have a few issues with service. #ord 66655, I put pickup by accident. When I got the email I asked for it to be shipped. Hayley responded with "we will ship it 1 time for free, but it is 10.00 next time. I wasn't asking for free shipping. I immediately wrote back saying so. I did not like the attitude. The company that I work for, New England Biolabs, is big on philanthropy. I sent a request that if you had any mistake blankets or whatever, could you donate them or I would pay. We were doing a drive for the Citizen Inn in Boston. Blankets and throws, were requested. Haley made contact and she told me she was working on it and then just dropped the ball. I understand if you do your own thing and aren't interested but, don't have a conversation and then drop me. None of this would stop me from buying your blankets. I like American made and local. I will always support that. Just thought you should know the above. Thanks, Ann
